So, you want to be a part of our next legendary Pride Fest?
We would love to have you join us, just make sure to apply by August 25th!
We want to make sure our vendors and sponsors have access to a lot of extras and really understand how integral they are to our events. Make sure you let us know if you need anything not listed below, and we’ll see what we can work out! There are basic qualifications to be a part of our Pride Fest, so let’s go over the rules and information!
Rules and Information for Pride Fest Participants
>>While it may seem like it should be common sense, it is required that everyone participating in MORR Pride Fest must do so as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community or as an inclusive and genuine ally.
>>All booths must be managed at all times during the event hours. Exact festival timings will be emailed in the days leading up to the event.
>>Vendors will be responsible for the setup, tear down, and clean up of their space.
>>In an effort to care for our space and make sure the city lets us do this every year, all food vendors must supply their own trash receptacles for their space and tend to them as needed. If needed, a trash can may be provided for an additional cost of $20.
>>Setup will begin two hours before the event. If you need additional time, please indicate so within one week of the event, and, if possible, we will be as accommodating as possible.
>>You will be assigned your spot in the days before the event and will be given a map along with the information needed regarding setup, times, street closings, and more. The information will be updated on our website, as well.
>>Make sure all food permits and other forms and registrations are taken care of before August 25th.
>>Don’t forget to contact the county office for the catering license required if you have been approved to sell alcohol. You will need to do this before August 20th. Vendors can find the Liquor Applications on our county website at: www.salinecountymo.org under Licensing. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the county clerk’s office at 660-886-3331.
We will be limiting vendors selling alcohol again this year to keep folks hydrated and to make sure everything stays appropriate!
Vendor Information
If you are a non-profit and are inclusive and community-driven, or if you have a business on the Marshall, MO, downtown square where Pride Fest will be, I’ve got deals for you, so get in touch!
$50
- A 10×10 vendor spot or up to 15ft Food Truck Spot
- For 10×10 spaces, it is recommended that vendors bring their canopy tent and weights for its legs for shade and wind security.
- A temporary food permit is required for all FOOD VENDORS
- Don’t forget to contact the county office for the catering license required if you have been approved to sell alcohol.
- A shout-out during our vendor spotlights on our social media and website to help bring business to you ahead of time and get people amped to see what you have to offer.
Sponsor Information
Spaces nearest the stage will be limited and reserved for our sponsors.
Each sponsor should feel free to make reasonable requests, keeping in mind this is a family-friendly event and all exhibits, activities, and otherwise should remain so.
Sponsorship Tiers
Dazzling Daisies – $500
Help provide support and encouragement to ensure we can bring Pride Fest to Marshall every year, by truly becoming part of the immersive experience of Pride Fest, firsthand!
Included in this tier:
- A 10×10 vendor spot near the stage with optional electricity.
- A shout-out in our next social media update.
- Run a sponsored carnival booth with prizes, an inclusive activity or craft, or bring the attendees along for an adventure from the stage.
Rainbow Rascals – $1000
Sponsor one of our immersive queer experiences and community-building activities, exhibits, games, crafts, and more.
Included in this tier:
- A 10×10 vendor spot near the stage with optional electricity.
- A shout-out in our next social media update and on our website sponsor highlight.
- The opportunity to name a specific activity or game in honor of someone else, yourself, or your business/organization to further promote all you do.
Glow Getters – $2000
Sponsor part of the supplies and resources needed to keep our event and the attendees safe and well-maintained with dedicated security, waste management, ADA portable restrooms, first aid supplies, and more.
Included in this tier:
- Our safety tent will be in honor of and recognition for the dedication of these sponsors to a safe and legendary Pride Fest, with an affectionate display to promote all of our supportive Glow Getters, encouraging others to check out what other awesomeness they have to offer folks.
- A 10×10 vendor spot near the stage with optional electricity.
- A shout-out in our next social media update, on our website sponsor highlight, as well as from the stage during the event.
- Your business cards will be displayed and offered at the MO Rainbow Rights tent.
- The opportunity to name a specific safety or maintenance area in honor of someone else, yourself, or your business/organization to further promote all you do.
Slay Squad- $3000
Sponsor our entertainers, perks, artists, speakers, stage and media crew, our own stage and required maintenance, and everything that helps bring joy and energy to our entire community! Our entertainers and crew give of themselves, asking very little, if anything, in return. They truly believe in Pride and everything it represents, and they all deserve our support.
Our goal is to always have a reliable way to showcase our community’s unequivocal heart and talent, especially those folks who are often silenced. People in the world believe representation doesn’t matter, and that is why we hope to acquire the needed staging, lighting, sound equipment, and more, to own for our event and to help other, inclusive, and progress-focused organizations succeed with their events and uplifting endeavors, as well.
Included in this tier:
- Our stage will be in honor of our biggest sponsors, dazzling our attendees with a fantastic display promoting our Slay Squad and their overwhelming generosity for all to see.
- A 10×10 or up to 20×20 vendor or activity space in one of the spots nearest the stage with optional electricity. If more space is needed and can be appropriately accommodated, we’ll be happy to work with you if we are able!
- A shout-out in our next social media update and on our website sponsor highlight, as well as multiple shout-outs from the stage during the event, and in our finalized advertisements.
- Take some stage time for yourself and promote your endeavors, give an impassioned speech, run a group activity or game (such as bingo, a sing-along, etc.), or however else you feel would best help you connect with and help grow our incredible community.
- Your logo or name will also be on our main event banner.
- Your business cards and one custom Pride item/merch will be displayed and offered at the MO Rainbow Rights tent.
Partner in Progress – $5000
Become a partner in our progress toward a more open-minded, inclusive, and supportive world by showing everyone what true community and connectivity in our tiny town can achieve by helping with the biggest costs of our Pride Fest now and in years to come.
Included in this tier:
- A 10×10 or up to 20×20 vendor or activity space in one of the spots nearest the stage with optional electricity.
- A shout-out in our next social media update, our website sponsor highlight and front page, as well as multiple shout-outs from the stage during the event, and in our finalized advertisements.
- You will also be honored on our webpage promoting our past Pride Fests.
- Take some stage time for yourself and promote your endeavors, give an impassioned speech, run a group activity or game (such as bingo, a sing-along, etc.), or however else you feel would best help you connect with and help grow our incredible community.
- Your logo or name on our main event banner and volunteer/crew apparel.
- Your business cards and custom Pride item/merch will be displayed and offered at the MO Rainbow Rights tent, and you may provide a custom prize or prizes for our games and giveaways to further promote you and your accomplishments and goals.
- 10% discount on all future, consecutive sponsorships of our Pride Fest.
